Bob Rodi, CLP Chief Executive Officer

Bob Rodi is the co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of Franchise Qualifier.
An experienced professional in the equipment leasing industry, Bob has over 23 years of experience in risk management, automated credit scoring solutions, and applying technology to create solutions for the leasing and franchise industries.  In 2000, Bob served as the President of the UAEL (United Association of Equipment Leasing) after 6 years as a board member and officer.  Bob is widely recognized as an expert in the field of credit scoring and risk management as it applies to the leasing and franchise industries.  He designed the leasing industry’s first automated scoring interface, linking desktop software with the Fair Isaac SBSS Credit Desk scoring system from the point of sale.  He has also represented the leasing industry on the Fair Isaac client advisory board for North American markets.  Mr. Rodi is a frequent speaker and instructor at UAEL functions and has also been invited to speak at the NAELB, (National Association of Equipment Lease Brokers), the ELA (Equipment Leasing Association) and the RMA (Risk Management Associates). He has served as the representative for the Small Business Financial Exchange, a data exchange initiative that is being developed by several major banks, the UAEL, and Equifax.  In April of 2001 Mr. Rodi assisted in the SABIT training program for the Russian Leasing Delegation at the request of the U.S. Department of Commerce.  He also participated in the training of the Leasing delegation from the Zhejiang Central Bank, Zhejiang Province, China.

David Sergovic President

Dave Sergovic is the co-founder and President of Franchise Qualifier.
With over 15 years of experience developing technology solutions, Dave provides the technical direction for the company, overseeing product development, delivery, and customer support.  Dave has extensive experience in the development of Internet and intranet applications, risk management solutions, and automated credit scoring systems.  Prior to starting Franchise Qualifier, Dave was Manager of Web Development at ADVISORport, a financial services firm offering the first fully integrated platform of managed account technology and services to large enterprise sponsors, RIAs and money managers.  As co-manager of the technology team, Dave was responsible for providing a stable web platform in a period of rapid growth, during which assets managed through the platform increased tenfold to over 10 billion dollars.  Prior to ADVISORport, Dave consulted for a variety of companies in the retail, financial services, and technology industries.
